DRIVING PRINCIPALS
Safety: Our team provides our clients a highly effective safety program that adheres to the latest safety protocols, safety inspections, job hazards analyses and other evaluations to identify hazards and potential risks. This assures our clients that safety comes first.
Planning: Our team actively participates in design meetings, cost option studies, progress constructability reviews, scheduling as well as defining scope of work to ensure all scopes of work are covered for a well-planned project.
Sustainability: Our teams work hard to meet or exceed the sustainable requirements that each client is trying to achieve within their project. Whaley Construction works closely with the client and design team to achieve any level of LEED, WELL, Net Zero, and Healthy Building certification.
Delivery Methods: Our team works with clients to achieve the most effective delivery method that is best suited to the client. Choosing the right delivery method that fits the client and the project makes for a successful relationship and project.
